Jumpman has surpassed former first-place holder
JudgeMeow to take over the top spot on the ladder. He has168 wins to JudgeMeow's 189, and only two less losses -- 13 to 15, respectively. However, the momentum of Jumpman's 16 game win-streak has propelled him to the forefront. Just below them,
Hailstorm sits in third place with 156 wins and 24 losses. Hailstorm was undefeated in the Summer 2008 Season going 52 - 0, proving that he is clearly an elite contender for the prize money. 14th place
KingAce is an impressive 70-3, and will only get better.
On the Doubles Ladder,
Team Smash has claimed the top seed, adding 51 wins in a row to their record over the last several weeks. They now have 104 total wins with only 6 losses, and are highly regarded as one of the favorites to win the competition.
Allisbrawl's Finest have slid into third place, but are still undefeated at 42-0.
The MC's of Smash have lost just three times in 33 games played, and much like other Top 20 teams, are still very much in the running.
Although Team Smash has a hefty lead on second place, it's the playoffs that count the most. The Fall 2008 Season ends December 31st, and the Top 32 teams (on each ladder) will be seeded into a playoff tournament to determine who the best Super Smash Bros Brawler is. Think it's you?
