How do I get help?

You have three ways to get support on GameBattles: FAQs, Support Tickets, and Live Support. It is important that you choose the best channel for your support issue.
Live support

Use Live Support tool if you need immediate help from a GameBattles staff member. Live Support can be accessed on the Support tab on your ladder. Most ladders have a Live Support option. Live Support can be used if you cannot get answers to your issue in the FAQ or through support tickets.
FAQ

Use the FAQs to answer questions about how to use GameBattles, or how GameBattles works. You can read the FAQs by clicking Help in the right of the header.
Tickets

For issues with match disputes or problems with your GameBattles user account, submit a support ticket by clicking New Support Ticket in the My GB top navigation item. For match disputes, enter your side of the story and provide links to any proof you may have, such as screen shots or videos.
