so much for your 5.7l supercharged r/t running 10s. heres a freaking 426 twin turbo shortblock srt8 saying they hope to hit 10.75 if they hook up.

So am I to believe that your 5.7L r/t with stock hp of 370ish(plus the supercharger), is going to be faster than a 426 7.0l w/ 585 stock hp (plus the twin turbo)........? I guess your car is just amazing then, because I never would have guessed. I wouldnt even have guessed your dads car would beat a plain jane 426.

I'm pretty sure you're right about him bull****ting about what he runs the quarter in, but you're wrong to assume horsepower = better quarter times. Did you forget the old Supra saying?

Yes, which is why I said he is right in this situation, but in general more hp doesnt always mean better track times.
