You do not accept people, You invite people from your Clan page, they must accept the invite to be added to your clan page.

Top of your clan page go to MANAGE THIS ACCOUNT and then go to Rosters.

You pick the arena you want to play on, and then you click JOIN, that makes you the leader of the team, from that point you then go to manage this account and send invites out to your players, they accept and you are ready to battle in 12 hours once everyones ping goes from RED to GREEN.

If you did not win a match before the end of the winter season, your clan data was not carried over and it was permanently lost. In order to create a new clan, you must click "Join" and sign up for the new Spring Season '07 ladders.

You must be invited to a clan by the leader. They will add your GB Username and playername to their roster, and an invite will be sent out to your my.gamebattles.com inbox. Check there once it is sent under "My Clan Invites."

Depending on the Arena, most ladders require you to submit a ticket requesting the deletion of your account. The link to submit a new ticket is: http://my.gamebattles.com/tickets?a=new&g=0

Any match disputes must be brought to the attention of the Ladder Administrators by submitting a ticket. You must include all Clan IDs and Opponent IDs as well as any proof you may have from the battle.

We as Console Administrators are in charge of the Xbox ladders as a whole. You can feel free to contact us at consoleadmins@staff.gamebattles.com However, I would first suggest that if this is a game related issue, to bring it to the ladder staff for that game, otherwise we will be more than happy to help you.
