I no this is really early but, I think it will be fun to look back on this at the end of the regular season and see who was most accurate and see which teams have really improved/declined. So I will start this off with the 8 teams in order of who I believe will make the playoffs.

Eastern Conference
1. Detriot Pistons
2. Cleveland Cavaliers
3. Miami Heat
4. New Jersey Nets
5. Philly 76ers
6. Washington Wizards
7. Milwakee Bucks
8. Indiana Pacers (no artest, no chance)

Western Conference
1. San Antonio Spurs
2. Phoenix Suns
3. L.A. Lakers
4. Dallas Mavs
5. Golden State Warriors
6. L.A. Clippers
7. Minessota T-Wolves
8. Denver Nuggets
(once again no Grizzles =\)

wow no respect to Chicago

there leading scorer only averages 14 points and they still manage to win games..yes there 12-16 but in 9th in weak eastern conferences..alot of rumors are going around that the Bulls will get Peirce for someone.if they had him along with Hinrich and Duhon(who both pass and are meant to be assist machines)they would easily be 3rd or 4th in the Eastern Conference.The Bulls are like a college basketball team they rely on defense and hard work.

anyway thats impossible the Pistons and the Cavaliers cant be 1 and 2 due to them being in same division.

Grizzles should make it, nuggets , lakers, and the warriors will fight it out for 7 and 8 spot.

*edit* And yeah if the Bulls get Peirce they'll get a playoff spot...hopefully they'll trade chandler, but if not i think they'll battle it out for the 8th spot with the wizards.

the way the pistons are looking, they are gonna be tough in playoffs. The Spurs are also still a tough team. its gonna be a good year though
