It does happen and now I'm stuck with 2 broken PS3s. No one should ever have to pay $150 every time their console fails to only receive a 90 day warranty to have your console break 6 months later. Hopefully, they do add a subscription to PSN..
This will force SONY to bring out better updates and help them maybe buy exclusive content in the future.
