Because the USA sucks this year? I'm honestly embarassed to be American, not only based on their hockey club, but look at our athletes. Haha, Bode Miller being a jackass. Shanti Davis and his "team mate" arguing. Jacobellis showboating and losing the gold. It's not exactly the best olympic lineup I've ever seen.

As far as hockey goes, we all saw it coming. The USA's team this year is a flop. Naturally i'm going to go with my favorite players and the Russian club.

yea hes a good player. Its hard to judge who better him or ovechkin because he a totally different style of play. Ovechkin is all about speed and malkin is all about passing.

wow, i must agree with Clifford, USA has been a letdown these games. We had so much hope and hype and most of our atheletes have failed. Im a big Apollo Anton Ohno Fan and he is even failing me :( Im Teh Sad... Im going to play Halo 2 over Olympics im so sad :( My Tummy HurtZ. :(

easy, i would root for canada if crosby made the team but he didnt. im a pens fan so i root for thier players. malkin being one of the best pens or soon to be pens in the olympics im rooting for his team. usa is just terrible. waste time to say lets go usa.

Afinogenov is fast... Very, Very, Fast. His too good to be a sabre. He needs to wear a capitals uniform and play with AO. Just my .02

Haha. He definately deserves a good team, but I think his chemistry with the Sabres is perfect. Derek Roy and Vanek, all young, fast skaters make a perfect line with him. What he needs is good defense, because he tries a lot of tricky stuff. When he pulls it off, it looks real good and usually results in a goal - When he messes up his Defense has to cover for him.

Everytime Lemieux played for Canada I rooted agaisnt him. **** Canada. **** Russia.
