Neighbor needs to learn how to communicate, he is lacking skill in a big department of Halo, you can't just call out once in a while. Look at carbon, their communication is amazing, they call everything out, from one shots, to their next move.

Yea i vouch this. he has great skil but hes not very vocal when it comes to call outs. hes a big reason why instinct didnt finish top 3
