Because with age you become more responsible. They want their staff to be responsible. Seems reasonable to me.

Also, it's because you are supposed to be more mature at age 16, but with some of the kids at my school, I doubt that you mature with age.

O i think im as mature as a 16 year old although im only 14, I guess I Cant be an admin for my favorite game

Apply as Ref, by the time you will be 16 they know that you have done a good job.

16 is the age GameBattles has chosen because they feel by this age you are mature enough to handle the responsibility of an admin

Apply as Ref, by the time you will be 16 they know that you have done a good job.

this arena does not have refs, but if you would apply to become a ref on an arena that does you could work your way up to being promoted to an admin through hard work and dedication.

yah i did im just waiting to contact HR for my interview cus my application has been responded but the HR has been really buzy so I'll just wait for them to contact me

In the response they should have given you an email to contact some one if you cant get a hold of them, it should be there just
re-read the response.

It says that If i want to revoke my application then send an email to this link but other than that theres no way for me to contact HR

i guess u could be an admin if ur mature enough even if ur not the actual age
