Free Agents?

Since L4D 2 hasn't been released yet, is everybody basing who they will take from free agency on what they do in L4D 1? How exactly are try-outs conducted?

I understand keeping old teams together from L4D 1 and maybe a taking a player that you know is really experienced on GB from L4D 1, but other than that, I think it's pretty pointless to make a free agent thread or pick up a free agent without knowing anything about how they play L4D 2.

I'm not flaming anybody, but I think maybe all the new F/As and new teams looking for F/As should actually wait until the game is released to try out any recruits.

I can just imagine a new team looking for new recruits for L4D 2 and trying them out on L4D 1 and it's laughable.

Obviously if your good at L4D1 your good at L4D2.

I mean the core gameplay is the same.

If it says F/A than it means they want to play L4D2, and they are looking for a chance to prove themselves.

If they had a team to go to they wouldn't be F/A, so send them a party invite and play a game or two and give them that chance if you need the players and have the time.

Anyone can be good at L4D, and anyone has the potential to be really cool. You just have to go look for that potential sometimes.

not exactly man, the core yes is the same, strats and new ways to play will all have to be made up again.
With all the new maps and SI the possiblities are ridic!
