Blocking

I'm having trouble blocking, I know that sounds very nooby. I got the game yesterday and I can block fine obviously but I can't time them well enough to block anything and as i have found out it would be a treat for using block online because it's just a button mashing contest normally lol. So if anyone has some tips it would be nice? or if they just want to share their opinion? Thank you.

As with anything, it's one of those things that just takes practice.

Do the tutarial a few times to get used to it or do a couple of fights on G.O.A.T and dont hit back just practise blocking.
