Ok after studying this picture:

i have come to the conclusion that its actually four perks, not five
sorry if this has been posted before (i did search) but you can clearly see that the arrow pointing down "perk" is actually pointing to the security desk (its also bigger then the other 4 boxes). basically, arrow pointing down signs mean that you go forward, so my guess is thats what it stands for, the other four however are perks. most likely it means 4 perks that you can pick from (i didnt notice the last box was bigger until i saw some article, il edit my post and put the article, btw its an article thats already on the forums that someone else posted.)
