Couple questions.

When you put a spartan in a warthog, scorpion, or any other vehicle, does it boost that vehicles damage or anything?
Also, when your unit levels up and gains ranks, does that increase damage?

Putting a spartan in a warthog basically gives the spartan more health. The hog will fight till it dies and then the spartan will hop out and start fighting.

so if a spartan is in a scorpion, does the spartan attack while he's in it? (doing more damage than just a scorpion alone)??

A spartan in a vehicle makes it more versatile and when its destoyed the psrtan will pop out
