halo1 sucks....and the sequal is almost never better than the original (apart from WW1 and WW2 :wink:) so halo2 will prolly suck even more :P

I am not an XboX fan, but Halo2 will be at least as good as Halo. The reason for this? Simple...its the only 1st person shoot-em-up with a brilliant co-op mode. It is almost worth buying an XboX for.....Almost. Instead, I'm gonna buy a friend it & i'm gonna visit him a lot. :)
It is going to be a great game....lets hope they have made multi-player a bit better.

I was considering buying an X-box for the sole fActor or Halo 2, but after playing the first one again a few days ago, i have seriously reconsidered, i think all this hype is worthless, i cant see anything that will make it a very good, game, and i realy think Killzone is goin to Spank iT!

Halo will be class, imo, although, i dont think it will be THE SOLE GAME on xbox live when its released. Plenty of quality games comin up, with PES4 online, Ghost Recon 2, Call of Duty etc etc. And of course, Rainbow 6 is quality

It will basically have the same type of game structure. It wouldn't be Halo if it didn't. The only sequels that really ever changed in a game, were Final Fantasy games, but then they still remained true to their RPG style. Hype? Just as much hype as KillZone is getting. But I've never been one to listen to hype.
I really really enjoyed playing co-op mode with my mate on Halo, so I am lookin forward to the same type of gameplay, with a few tweaks & the same style of co-op mode. I know what to expect from it. I just hope it lasts as long as Halo.
For people who might start trying to compare it to Socom, KillZone or any other game. Get a grip. All these games are so different in their enviroments & feel, that they can not be compared with each other. All that can be done is to state which was your favourite, least favourite & why.

eh, a post on an old topic none the less, but hey it could use an update since halo 2 is out now. Long story short the campaign and gameplay and multi player are incredible, but the story line is dissapointing and to the point where its frusterating. The plot had a very unexpected story to it, and in my case unwanted.

i wanted to play on earth more than just 2 lvls, but thats just me. If anyone feels the same, post what you think. i also was really upset when i found out i was going to fight on another halo ring. I was also upset when at the end of the game u fly back to earth, but u do not get to fight there any more.
