Depends how it's prepared. Just regular corn is a vegetable, so it is probably good for you.

Corn is a "High Glycemic Load Carbohydrate" which rapidly raise your blood sugar, trigger insulin and raise your blood fats (triglycerides). A low Glycemic Load meal is 10 or less. Medium Glycemic Load is 11-19 and any Glycemic Load meal ranked 20 or more is a high Glycemic Load.
Just don't eat too much of it.

Corn is a grain, so it contains carbohydrates. If you have stomach problems you should not eat corn or any type of grains. If you don't have problems digesting wheat, grains, and other types of complex carbohydrates then corn would be ok. However, the only use it has would be to provide energy. It's not going help you build muscle, or provide you with any vitamins and minerals essential in a healthy diet.

No vegetables are going to kill you, I wouldn't worry about which ones you eat..

Most fruits and vegetables (produce) are naturally low in fat and calories. Frozen and canned fruits and vegetables can be just as nutritious as fresh. Frozen or canned produce is often packaged right after it has been picked, which helps keep most of its nutrients. Fresh produce can sometimes lose nutrients after being exposed to light or air.

lmao at that. Canned fruits and veggies are 10x worse for you. They contain added sugars and starches that add to the flavor of the food and other preservatives that keep it from going bad. Natural foods are 10x better for you.

Come on now, you aren't going to turn into a whale by eating canned fruits.

I eat bagged corn, not canned corn. What are the best veggies to eat?

Anything green is good in most cases. Carrots help your eyes. Potatoes are good if cooked right. etc etc etc.

Most balanced and spaced out diets recommend at least two to three servings of a vegetable aswell as a fruit (helps in protein transport). Your best bet is to steam your corn and stay away from butter, unless you can find a fat free butter spread or fat free margarine.
