If you have access to weights just keep lifting, but from what it sounds like you just do it at school, right?
Otherwise just do some body-weight exercises: pushups; pullups; etc etc.
If you wanna burn fat go running and just do some cardio stuffs.

Do you have a set of weights at your house?
If not, like I said, just do a bunch of body weight exercises.

Pushups, pullups, crunches, planking for obliques.
You can try varying the width at which you place your hands when you do your pushups, wide, "diamond" or close, and normal (usually beneath your shoulders). You could also do elevated pushups, put your feet on a chair. Stuff like that.
I dunna, just use google. Quite a lot exercises out there you can do without weights.

There are many things you can do on the weekends to keep your body in shape and ready to go. Since you have a treadmill you can jog while listening to the radio, an ipod, or watch TV depending on the setting. Also there is a lot of other things you can do including stretching, dumbbell workouts, and ab routines.
I couldn't find my old ab routines that used to keep me in shape but here are some dumbbell workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a couple 5, 10, or 15lb dumbbells (whatever you are comfortable with.)
Javorek's Dumbbell Complex I:
Upright Row x6
High Pull Snatch x6
Squat Push Press x6
Bent Over Row x6
High Pull Snatch x6
Perform in a non-stop, continuous order as listed above: 5 exercises x 5 repetitions = 30 repetitions per set. Rest after each set.
Javorek's Dumbbell Complex II:
Upright Row x3
High Pull Snatch x3
Squat Push Press x3
Bent Over Row x3
High Pull Snatch x3
These five exercises executed in a non-stop , continuous order by three repetitions constitutes one cycle. Each set consists of 1 to 3 cycles depending on your training. Start with one cycle and gradually build to three.
There is also Javorek's Endurance Dumbbell Program #1 (As modified by my high school cross country coach):
Dumbbell upright row
Dumbbell raise to armpit
Dumbbell high pull snatch from floor
Dumbbell High pull snatch from the hip
Dumbbell parallel curls
Dumbbell bent over rows
Dumbbell complex 1
Dumbbell squat push press
Dumbbell split jumps
Dumbbell alternating curls
Dumbbell bent over kickbacks
Dumbbell bent over flys
Dumbbell complex 2
Dumbbell walking lunges.
For any names or exercises you are unfamiliar with search for them on Yahoo or Google or ask in this thread.
In addition to Dumbbell training, jogging, and abs you can try out stretching:
Stetching:
Left Leg
Hamstring
Ankle rolls
Hip Flexor
Knee to chest
Cross-Leg IT band stretch
Hug knee to chest
(repeat with right leg)
Butterfly Stretch
Sum/Catchers Squat
Shin Stretch
Arm Hangs: Feet shoulder width apart
Standing Quad Stretch
Calf Stretch: use a wall or the ground
Leg Swings
Any others you would like to add.
Again if you have any questions as to the stretches mentioned feel free to ask or look them up yourself. This took a little bit to type from my old High School training guide but I hope you find it handy. It kept me in shape back when I was in high school and I hope you receive the same satisfaction.
