View Full Version : A high school student, need help losing fat!

Okay, I am a big guy and I play a lot of sports. I work out 4 times a week due to so much school work and life and stuff.

I want to be eating about 6 small meals a day and healthy meals. My question is how do can I eat 6 small meals a day when Im in school during the main part of the day? Also if you could help me make a food chart to have me eat at certain times, or around certain times, cause what i usually do is eat breakfast, stomach gets angry during day, then i eat lunch, then stomach gets angry and when i get home i eat whatever, then i eat dinner around 7 but what really kills me is the late night eating. If you guys could help me, please do.

Pack a lunch for school. Exercise daily and eat right,and you should be fine. Do not eat late at night,and avoid chocolates and sweets. Drink alot of water,and whatever you do,do not drink soda,not even diet soda.

First of all if your in School, you should be getting excericise their.

I am 16 and wanting to go down a Personal Training route. So i suggest eating the right food doens't necceserally mean 6 small meals a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, As long as there a healthy sized protion you are fine. Never eat your dinner after 6 o'clock in the evening it doens't have enough time to digest before you go to sleep. Going to sleep on a full stomach isn't a good idea!

Excercise yourself, go to the GYM but that doesn't mean do 100 sit ups/push up/squats/crunchies etc...take it easily and vary the cardiovascular and weight training. Not pushing yourself too much. If your body isn't build to be strong, skinny and have muscle then it won't but you can try your best to slim yourself down.

pack some carrots or some fruit/veggie and im sure ur teacher will let u eat in school.pack your own lunch like someone said above and exer. and eat right

load up on protein bars and only eat 4-5 meals a day if you got school, its too much of a hassle.


eat 3-4 protein bars a day but make sure they are the ones with alot of protein.

That's not the problem here. I am on this site about a hour a day when I get home and get bored. I exercise every day, just lift weights 4 times a week. I think if I just work on not eating at NIGHT like someone said and going to sleep on a full stomach then I might get some results but I've also started doing HITT Cardio, so hope it works out for me.. Also I don't want to pack a lunch to school, I can pack like granola bars or something but packing lunch to school would cause me some problems. I just need to know a time when to eat.

I eat breakfast around 7 a.m
Lunch at 12:05
Dinner around 6:45

So all I have to do is sub in some healthy snacks during the empty time to spend up my metabolism.

thats too much time in between meals if you are targeting 8 meals a day shake my head.


rethink your whole diet.
