So far my clan has played 12 matches and our record is 4-8 (Should be 6-8, not that good but we play for fun!). Anyway We have been cheated twice so far and I really can't understand why people would want to cheat for meaningless Exp on a free website??

In fact its the opposite, people dont take the game seriously, they take rank and stats seriously. If they took the game seriously they would know how good they are at this moment and want to improve, insteed of living in a dream world where they think they are already better than they are - leading them to not report losses to protect their win to loss ratio.

Learn to play the game, if you dont acknowledge how good / bad you are, how can you hope to improve?
