I read somewhere that you are supposed to workout after its been like 2 hours since you eat something and you are suppposed to wait like 30 mins to eat/drink something again after your workout. Is this a fact or a myth?

supposed to get protein into your system within 30 mins of completing your workout.

i actually eat before i workout and drink whey protein before and after...the food will give u sugar thus letting u lift longer and stronger w/o getting as tired

You have a 30 min window after you lift.

Eat an hour before workout, mostly carbs, protein within 30 minutes afterwards.
