They just had an article on Yahoo about tap water being the same, if not better, then bottled water.

its very interesting topic i believe. there are sides to both argument. i found this in: Kathie Durbin. "Does fluoride promote dental health, or jeopardize its users? " McClatchy - Tribune Business News 15 September 2008 ProQuest.

For more than a half-century, the American Dental Association, the U.S. Public Health Service and the medical establishment have promoted fluoridation of public water supplies as the most efficient and cost-effective way to reduce tooth decay. How much risk? A small but growing number of dentists and scientists, however, question whether it still makes sense to dose the populace with a chemical that has been linked in medical studies to brittle bones, bone cancer and damage to the kidneys and central nervous system.

Thank god I live out in Rural America... They don't put anything in my water. It's all natural spring water :-D That's the best kind of water... has the best taste too.

Tap water tastes too damn nasty, but it is healthier in comparison to bottled water.

That's why I use a filter. :)
