1 year ago, I wasn't trying to lose much my doctor just said to bring my BMI down even though it wasn't nessesary. I wieghed 160 then now I weigh 160, 4" taller.

Oct 07: 220lbs 25% body fat
Oct 08: 175lbs 15% body fat
Goal is to maintain 175-185 while cutting my body fat to around 10% and gaining some more muscle mass. Also increasing my running speed from 8:00/mile to 7:00/mile average.
Ultimate goal is to make the FDNY, waiting for my # to come for academy.

I unfortunately don't have a weight loss story... mine is a weight gain story.... I'm 6'4'' and I started out at 155 pounds... I am now 175 pounds and in better shape than ever. I hope to get up to about 200 or so. The extra weight actually helps my joint problems for some reason. It's taken me over 2 years to put on the weight and I hope to keep it on! lol

I'm 5'9" and weighed 180lbs about 8 months ago. After doing yoga, running, swimming, and calisthenics, I've cut a good deal of body fat, and now I'm down to a comfortable 160lbs with some decent definition.

Whats your goal? 185lbs
Basically, it all started when I went to the doctors and then my aunt got on me about my weight. So since then I just started eating healthy and cutting out all unnecessary foods/drinks and started working out more recent to tone up and get some more muscle. It didn't look like I was fat due to being tall (6'4) but I am happy with myself now. :)
