What is everyone goals for this winter??
Mine is to get up to 180 pounds or more (at 171 right now) then cut to 170 or 165.
Bench 265, 5 or more times. (225, 8 times right now)
Get atleast one vein in my arm to pop, My genetics wont let me show a vein at 6% body fat in my biceps

Mine is to cut down to about 75 kg, then build up back to 80kg. Currently I am at 88kg.

Get down to 180-185. Im at 190 right now. After losing over 100lbs this 5-10 will be easy.

yeah ive started working out maybe month ago.. trying for a six pack and i think im pretty close..
being able to run 2 miles nonstop on a treadmill again
Lifting 20 pound weights in each hand as a workout (using two twelves atm)
All this by christmas hopefully.. shouldnt be hard at all considering how much ive done in the past month

get to 170 at 5'6 by xmas >_> If my shoulders hold up and my knee doesn't redislocate its possible. Everytime I get healthy something else ****s up.

cut down to 185 by the end of the year, im at 197 right now at 6'0 feet
then after i get down to 185, clean bulk to 200-205

I'd love to get down to 230 I have the mass I just need to do something with it. I really dont look at the weight scale since muscle weighs 3 times more then fat. I try to mirror it

I'm trying to get down a few pounds, I'm currently about 185 5'11". I would also like to be able to do a 12 rep bench of 185 soon. And be able to run as long outside as I can on a treadmill (3 miles at a moderate pace w/o slowing)

My goal is to move near a nuclear power plant and hope it makes my penis grow a few inches so I become the perfect male specimen :-P haha just kidding, seriously though... a few more inches never hurts anyone except.

I want to
1. Lose about 15 pounds in body fat (Im currently 155)
2. Get up to 140 on the bench
3. Stay in shape.

Right now I can currently max out at 10 pull ups from a dead hang, 50 or so push ups, 50 or so sit ups, and I can run 1.5 Miles in about 11:20. I want to get to 13 pull ups, 70 push ups, 70 sit ups, and my 1.5 in about 10:50 by the time the next school semester starts, which is next February.

Keep working hard. Just know that if you keep cutting weight and keep working hard you're probably going to put some of the weight back on as muscle mass depending on what types of workouts you do.
