Wow being a ref for a video game you'd think that its an easy job but from what they put up with its a hard ass job. I think our refs are the best. Especially Charly

Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. Being on staff is a LOT of work, much more than you would think. Take some time to think over if that's what you really want to do.

Hopefully I can become a GB Ref, I'm in the middle for learning the rules of all to the different types of games avalible on COD4.I first started using GB as ameans of gaming insted of the public rooms. I didn't want the hassle of people shouting at eachother. There's onlie been a few times were the other teams have been rude and called my clan every name under the sun. That's when it got me thinking about becoming a Ref on GB, then hopfully I will be able to helpstamp out this sort of gaming to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

Too bad you don't know what you're talking about.
1. Admins have to close a minimum of 400 tickets each week, otherwise they are let go.
2. We have several referee interviews each day, but not many are qualified for the position, so they don't get accepted.
3. Referees are not allowed to perform any actions that are related to their team. If they do, we can easily catch it and they are immediately terminated. Plus, referees don't even have access to look at tickets, so why would you even think that?

Niv, you need to get your post count up, become a respectable member and help people out. Then you will have a better chance of becoming a Ref.
