I watched The Mist yesterday, and my thoughts on the movie is this: THE BEST HORROR MOVIE EVER.

The Mist simply amazed me, I am very much into science and "other dimensions" or "other worlds" there is scientific evidence to suggest that there is in fact, other dimensions.

What are peoples thoughts on the movie and the thoughts of other dimensions?

I personally thought the ending was hysterical. That guys seriously ****ed himself lol. I never read the book so i honestly didnt see it coming. It had some boring spots but it was pretty decent.

I thought it was a good movie, but could have been better if they delayed the first creature sighting. When they were first trapped in the store and didn't have a clue as to why there was a mist or what was within it I thought it was at its best, because it focused more on the characters themselves and their interactions with one another while being influenced by their fear of the unknown. Ultimately they had to reveal that there were creatures within it, and the military's involvement had to be explained, and I think the movie did let the story unfold rather well, it's just that they could've put it off a bit. I mean they honestly could've made the whole movie without revealing anything of the mist, and just had the people within the store go crazy, all following the religious freak, which happened anyway. The whole point of the movie was people's fear of the unknown, and sometimes leaving things to the audience to imagine is even scarier than cg animated tentacles and flying insects. Nonetheless, I liked it.
